I really like the centralized management of Sigsync and how little manual effort is required once everything is configured. Since it integrates with Microsoft 365, signature updates happen automatically in the background, which means users don't need reminders or instructions to keep things updated. It keeps email communication consistent and professional across the company while simplifying day-to-day administration. The biggest advantage is that it removes the need to manage signatures user by user, ensuring all emails follow the same branding and include accurate information. From an admin perspective, it reduces repetitive work and avoids mistakes, and from a business perspective, it keeps our communication looking professional and consistent every day. It works well for standard signatures, but more advanced formatting sometimes takes extra tweaking. There was also a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup, especially around how rules and conditions behave in different scenarios.
