What do you like best about SignUp?

SignUp allows users to reserve spaces conveniently, allowing for multiple users to access a calendar. There are multiple ways of displaying reservations, and the options for creating events are useful and logical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignUp?

Though there are multiple ways of displaying information, there is no option to search by space when that is a greater priority than the date/time. Often when reserving spaces months in advance, the user will be more adamant about having enough room for their group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SignUp:

Consider whether the product's inability to sort by space will be a deal-breaker. Otherwise, this should meet scheduling needs. The set-up is very easy, training people on use is easy/intuitive, and there are few quirks that can alter the consistency of the public calendar (e.g. users might confuse or fail to use the "event type" and "age group" features, which affect the way filters on the public calendar work). Depending on your company, there may be less expensive/free software that can meet your needs, but this is worth it for our setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SignUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trying to schedule room usage without this software would be next-to-impossible for our library. The calendar makes navigating room bookings easy and helps ensure that no space will be double-booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
