"Signal 4 Makes On-Call Scheduling Easy, Especially with Stand-In Coverage"

What do you like best about SIGNL4?

Signl 4 works very well for managing our on-call scheduling. My personal favorite feature is the stand-in option, which makes it very easy to temporarily replace whoever is on call when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIGNL4?

My only complaint is that I can’t create a management or non-user account to set things up. I’d really like to see an admin account that’s used only for setup and control, and doesn’t actually receive signals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SIGNL4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

SIGNL4 has solved our on-call scheduling difficulties. It works much better than our previous solution, is more cost-effective, and is easier to use overall. The scheduling features and stand-in options are especially helpful. Not having to remind someone that they’re on call and need to log in has been a real time-saver for us.
