What do you like best about Signifyd?

Signifyd has also provided us with a new tool that lets us create and apply our own fraud-prevention rules. This adds an extra layer of protection to an already strong defense system, and gives us more control over how we manage fraud risk.

In addition, this new tool is user friendly, is fast, and saves my fraud and logistics team hours each week by preventing the fraud up front rather than us not catching these orders until later downstream which delays operations for my warehouse team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signifyd?

One area they could improve is offering broader coverage for certain payment methods, since the current gaps can expose us to fraud risk. Some times we will get false positives (Signifyd blocked but customer is legitimate) but these are not as common. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are considering implementing an automated solution to deter fraud, Signifyd is definitely in the top 3 in the market and has certain advantages that were more suited for our business than the other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signifyd is mitigating the risk with accepting online orders paid via credit card or alternate payment options such as PayPal and etc. This allows our team to focus solely on growth without having to worry about increase of chargebacks or fraud.
