  ### 1. Less manual follow-up for contracts, change orders, and approval documents

**What do you like best about Signeasy?**

Some documents need to move through a very specific chain. The vendor signs first, then the internal owner, and only after that does the client receive it. We used to send the file to everyone at once and occasionally discover that someone had signed before an earlier review was complete. Setting the Signing Order removed that ambiguity and made the handoff much easier to control. The option to save a default order is especially useful for contracts that almost always follow the same route, since we do not have to rebuild the sequence every time. Signing Delegation has also solved a problem that comes up more often than it should. When an authorized signer is going to be away, they can temporarily route signature requests to another person instead of leaving documents stuck in someone’s inbox. We used it for a vendor agreement tied to a Monday start date, and it saved us from either waiting several days or sending a replacement contract from scratch. The mobile experience is another practical advantage. I have reviewed and signed documents between meetings from my phone without feeling like I was fighting a stripped-down version of the product.

**What do you dislike about Signeasy?**

The notification flow is not something I trust blindly. Every so often, a recipient misses the invitation or the message lands in a secondary folder. For documents that can block a kickoff, I still send a personal note letting the person know the signature request is coming. If the document matters to the schedule, someone still needs to own the follow-up.

**What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A project phase was already complete when the client added another deliverable but still wanted to keep the original final date. We drafted a change order that captured the added scope, cost, and schedule impact, then loaded it into a Signeasy template and set the Signing Order so finance would approve it before it went to the client. The person who normally signed internally was on vacation, but Signing Delegation was already configured, so the request routed straight to their replacement instead of sitting untouched until the following week. The client opened the document on a phone, asked a question about one of the dates, got clarification, and signed later that day. After that, we attached the completed agreement to the project so delivery, finance, and the client were all working from the same approved scope. Signeasy didn’t replace judgment or communication, but it kept the approval process from turning into a chain of forwarded PDFs, unclear ownership, and manual reminders whenever someone was unavailable.

Being able to put a signing order
Very easy to use, you can actually navigate it yourself without training
Intergration with outlook is really helpful makes things easier

Support services barely answer me with my querries

Eliminates paperwork- bulky paperwork can be hard to file and store

Signing Delays- even when my manager isnt around they can sign 
anywhere and i can keep notifying them using the signeasy notification

anywhere Access- i can sign documents even if im out of office

**What do you like best about Signeasy?**

I really like Signeasy's free tier, which is excellent for small companies like ours. It's a great way to start with digitally signed documents, especially if you're only signing two or three documents per month since it's all free. I also find it extremely valuable that Signeasy stores contacts after you send documents. This feature makes subsequent document signing much easier since you don't have to re-enter contact information each time.

**What do you dislike about Signeasy?**

Oh, sometimes it is a plugin to Google Docs. Sometimes, the plugin would not appear, to start with. So I need to go to the, you know, enable Sydney c, and then from there, find the dashboard. And then improve it. Start from there. So, basically, I need to go to Send Me The home page, to start it rather than, the pen icon appearing within the dock.

**What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Signeasy to easily get distant signatures on employment offer letters and vendor contracts.

**What do you like best about Signeasy?**

Easy to use, perfect for organizing the signing process, Governance, and control over the process, excellent reminders, evidence, tracking documentation.

**What do you dislike about Signeasy?**

For my use as Head of Internal Audit and Secretary of the Audit Committee, it is perfect. I am using Signeasy for governance and compliance to obtain AC members' signatures on Resolutions, meeting minutes, decisions on various matters, and other documents. But none of that is part of the document type dropdown list.

**What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Governing and controlling the signing process for very busy people like Board Members and Committee Members, wherever they are in the world, plus reminding me in my busy schedule if I forget the follow-up.

**What do you like best about Signeasy?**

We operate 5 companies in 3 different countries, with different verticals. Having the opportunity to sign, send for signing, and have the flow controlled has proven to be very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Signeasy?**

If it could be connected with the official digital signatures of each country, it would be great. At least, let it be an alternative for cases where the local authority requires it.

**What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different areas that require some authorization from me send their documents through this channel. For example, in Colombia they require a fingerprint, we managed to upload a very high-quality image in the initials, and it has proven to be very useful.

**What do you like best about Signeasy?**

SignEasy has streamlined SO many of our internal processes, particularly in HR & Finance. No more printing, scanning, uploading (...) -- everything now goes through one platform, and an easy-to-use one at that! The platform integrates super well with Drive, is fast, and the cost is reasonable given the time we've saved our team. The SignEasy team is always available to answer questions, and they made the transition to the platform so easy.

**What do you dislike about Signeasy?**

We'd appreciate if you communicate upgrade costs more directly.

**What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have paper-based approvals; this is now electronic. It's a huge time save for our operations team where time is of essence and efficiency is key!

SignEasy is incredibly easy to use and very user-friendly, with a great interface and clear, straightforward directions.

**What do you dislike about Signeasy?**

I sometimes have difficulty logging in when I’m trying to send a new document. There have also been a couple of times when I didn’t receive a notification that documents had been signed.

**What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of clients requesting a digital signature when there isn’t an easy, native way to provide one.

**What do you like best about Signeasy?**

Signeasy is one of the easiest way to get signature from client. Working from the office or from home makes our life easier by sending a document to a client to get their signature and move on with our work without waiting days to get our document sign. Bye bye printing a piece of paper, sign and scan the document to send it back, Signeay takes care of everything. Simple and efficient, we love it!

**What do you dislike about Signeasy?**

I'd like to say that there's something bad about it but I can't, it's almost too easy!

**What problems is Signeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. Having our client sign a document after closing a sale is perfect for us.

When my assistant sends documents, I can’t see what she sent or access them when she’s out.

Before I started using Signeasy, I would send a document to someone, and they would have to print it, sign it, and send it back to me.

The customers that we send contracts to through Signeasy has said that it is very simple and easy to follow. Working with elderly customers, Signeasy has made it simple enough for them to follow.
