"Seamless Integration with Fast, Intuitive Signature Updates"

What do you like best about Signature 365?

Signature 365 integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, and it's very easy to use. It's one of the few intuitive and actually useful SaaS applications I've ever used. Changes we make to signatures on both individual levels and wider levels reflect quickly, and when we change someone's job title in Active Directory, that change comes through almost instantly on their signature. I also appreciate that they have a pronouns field option for signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signature 365?

Signature 365's pronouns field, at least at my organization, has to be set by people who have admin access, instead of it being something individuals can set. I think it is genuinely good that this field exists, but people who might want to select those themselves may not be comfortable reaching out to someone else to have it done. What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signature 365 allows us to have a coordinated and professional appearance. This is a huge plus at our organization because we perform a lot of work with external clients. At past roles, I've seen email signatures that vary widely and are sometimes unprofessional. That problem is solved with this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s great to hear Signature 365 is working well for you with Microsoft 365, and that updates to both signature changes and user data are coming through quickly. One of our aims was to make centralised signature management straightforward, while still keeping signatures accurate and consistent as user details change, so it’s good to see that reflected in your experience.

It’s also good to hear the pronouns field is useful for your organisation - on users being able to manage that themselves, this sounds like you may be using a custom field for this. These can be configured to be editable by end users, so this should be possible without requiring an admin to make those changes each time.
