SignalZen allows me to be there for my customers when they need me. It is very easy to install and configure. It is the same or better than other more expensive solutions I shopped for. One of the downsides was that I had trouble with my auto invitations. The best part about that was that within minutes of asking for support I received a response and my issue was immediately addressed. It turns out that it was a minor bug that I discovered with all the crazy configurations I was attempting.
