Having access to these trusted sources alongside the platform’s broader media coverage makes it much easier to find everything I need in one place, rather than having to navigate multiple platforms. There are still a few articles that occasionally get missed because the service provider has not made them available to Signal AI. Currently, when I notice something is missing, I have to reach out to Signal AI, who then contacts the service provider to resolve it. It would be helpful if this process could be more proactive, with Signal AI identifying and addressing these content gaps directly with providers before users need to flag them.
