I use SiftHub to answer RFPs for prospective customers, and it has helped me gain their trust. I like its responsiveness and how it understands my questions and cross-references previous RFPs and other documents from my organization to find a likely answer. When the documents are up to date, it usually gives me pretty accurate answers, with detailed explanations that can go deep. I can post a document with multiple questions and get the answers collated in one place instead of looking for each answer individually. It helps me answer RFPs quickly, saves me a lot of time, and means I don’t have to edit every answer. I can verify the generated documents and send them to prospects, and I find the browser extension on Safari and Google Chrome helpful. Setup felt fairly intuitive, and I picked it up pretty quickly. Sometimes the context SiftHub brings for a few questions doesn’t match the use case or the answers I’m looking for. At times, I don’t get the exact answer and it cross-references something very different, so I feel its understanding could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
