The semi-annoying part is when one of the interests is spelled one letter off, leaves out an "s" at the end, or someone has added "The" etc. This makes it hard for some people with similar interests to find each other due to the discrepancies and accuracy of the program. Maybe, a solution would be to suggest similar entries when someone types in their interests. such as, if someone begins saying "Flower" they can have a suggestion for the word "Flowers" and have a little bubble that tells the amount of team members who have also selected "Flowers".
