I like using Sift for its organization chart feature, which allows me to click on various parts of the chart and see everyone's responsibilities and the different people working under them. This makes it easier to find and connect with colleagues at different levels, such as looking up all the engineers working under a specific director. One thing I see missing is the non-mandatory update of personal details by people. This can impact how we want to connect and on what we want to connect. It would probably be a helpful feature if people updated all their personal details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
