What do you like best about Short.io?

Short.io made it easy for us to bulk upload links when transitioning from another defunct provider. Not only was it easy, but we upgraded with an inexpensive custom domain and added tracking features. The customer service is absolutely excellent when we need a little help. What do you dislike about Short.io?

The reporting capabilities could be improved. There are also opportunities to increase user-friendliness so that more non-technical users could take advantage of the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Short.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Link shortening with a branded domain, tracking capabilities, bulk uploads, and user management. It provides our large organization simple links for our customers to access detailed product information, while providing us flexibility to update destinations or redirect traffic if or as needed.
