What do you like best about ShoreTel?

I like the easy way to use, to program, to call the clients and candidate if it is required, it is very helpful in our organization to use this one. You can also can call the people in your organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShoreTel?

I do not like that many users are not having access to IM server to text the people in the organization and also most of the time if you call someone in the company, you are not able to hear them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShoreTel solving and how is that benefiting you?
