What do you like best about ShopXpert?

While working in the tooling department , we were always struggling with misplacing tools and stockouts , since implementing ShopXpert Vending system that wasn't an issue anymore. Every tool is in it's specific spot in the cabinets accessible only with employee badges. We know at any times who took what tool , and if they placed it back or not. It's great! What do you dislike about ShopXpert?

What problems is ShopXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?
