What do you like best about ShopXpert?

The workstations are my favorite part. There are tablets set up across the shop, and now everyone knows exactly what job they’re working on, what’s next, and where each part is in the process without chasing papers or asking around. Everything’s digital and in one place. It makes the whole operation run smoother, and the team actually likes using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopXpert?

I don't think I dislike anything, my job position being a machinist , I am working directly with the tasks module and workstation and I love them fully. I am sure if I would use the whole app I could find something I don't like but I'll have to look for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?

How is ShopXpert benefiting me? Well I am not loosing time anymore chasing paper travelers , jobs are right in my face on the screen all the time and I have full control over their tasks. I always know what's next so I can prepare better. I am more efficient since ShopXPert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
