Nice and concise allowing lots of data to be held in one place. Easy to buld rotas using different methods based on rota pattern. Data that can be produced from the reports have become essential in managing the staffing side of the business. Interface is user friendly both on the managers dashboard and essentially on the staff portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ShopWorks? Could be helpful to be able to save a persons rota pattern against their name so if there is a change of role it makes it easier to alter the rotas. As a user with a casual contract and a permanent contract, there have been issues with holidays being in the wrong pots which can become very confusing for someone who is on it daily, so I dread to think what it is like for those who use it less frequently than myself.
