I like that I pay one price for one program that does everything I need, so I don’t have to go anywhere else or outsource. I can get by with fewer employees, and the built-in accounting software handles what I need. ShopView is super fast, and it keeps me and my team working instead of fighting with a cumbersome, slow program. The other programs I tried don’t come close. ShopView has thought of the issues shops run into, and when something goes wrong, the team reacts quickly, fixes it, and listens to customers. Setup was slick and easy, and a support representative walked me through it. Their focus was on making sure my business was running at its peak and the transition went smoothly. They kept checking in after setup and training to make sure things were working faster and we were making more money.
