What do you like best about ShopView- Heavy Duty Repair Shop Management?

We really enjoy the effort put in to go entirely paperless in our shop. In addition, the inability for techs to clock into work that is not billable is a major plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopView- Heavy Duty Repair Shop Management?

There are some things that I can see need a little fine tuning, but nothing that is not already in que to be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopView- Heavy Duty Repair Shop Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The technicians drive the repair order status, so we always know when a unit is ready to be reviewed and invoiced. The technicians are now requesting parts from their work stations and not the parts department. Tying the employee timeclock to the labor timeclock has allowed us to capture more billable hours by not allowing the technician to punch off of a work order and not punch into another one.
