What do you like best about ShopPop?

User friendly design of the dashboards, makes it very easy to use. Customer support was excellent, especially 1 on 1 service, which is outstanding! In one word, very good platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopPop?

In general, not a lot stuff here, as I think that the problems that I encountered were more closely related to the messenger application itself, than to POP. So I would say that the things which I don't like are counted to a very minimum number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopPop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Running of the chat marketing campaign is much easier using this product. This gives advantage to enlarge the audience in a very interesting, modern way. The fact that you can manage multiple Facebook bots, helps for better time utilization. As we are trying to promote our page to the tourists, in order for them to be more involved in the whole thing, the bot helps a lot in the conversation and sharing the initial information about the village and the surrounding area to the page visitors.
