"Happy with POP"

What do you like best about ShopPop?

I am quite new to using chat platforms for our marketing, but setting up an account with POP went automatically through Facebook authorization and I could quickly create a bot based on some templates and start adding some content. I liked being able to safely preview the content I had just made in messenger to ensure everything I had done was done right.

It’s nice to be able to use the product without restrictions and for free below 100 subscribers. It feels like there are a lot of features to onboard clients to the bot and add media, our website and request personal details such as e-mail. Although I needed to get used to the app it felt really intuitive and easy to use. I like the clean look of the dashboard a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShopPop?

I still need to get used to being dependent on Facebook messenger and being considerate about the privacy rules. Fortunately the platform seems to have built in a lot of reminders and features to help you out. It would be great if I can use it for Whatsapp, but I understood from the team this is in the making. Recommendations to others considering ShopPop:

I was quite new to using tools like POP and chat marketing in general. Just reach out to POP, because they were very helpful taking away any concerns and gave some good tips for setting up a campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShopPop solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think this will be a great tool for us to reach our clients in a new way and create more interaction with them and turn those in better leads. We still do a lot through e-mail, phone, website and social media, but I am really keen to add chat platforms to that list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
