Upsides of using Shopify is

Least helpful about Shopify is in Shopify markets currency and payments it is depends on Shopify payments and Shopify payments has some limitations like it is operated in some regions and some hard policies

The most pleasant thing about Shopify is that it came to make things easier in the e-commerce field as it allows you to have better control over everything that represents a complete store.

The interface sometimes seems a bit outdated to me, but I am aware that things progress very quickly and not necessarily the prettiest is what works best, so nothing serious.

It allows me to unify and register finances, inventories, and orders in a single portal, without needing to waste much time transferring information from one portal to another.

Ease of use. Once the site was set up, everything just works. Orders are processed, items show up, our team members are all able to work together.

Sometimes there are updates that aren't documented that take a bit of getting used to. Nothing that stops our workflow, but definitely something that makes our users stop & ask questions.

I find Shopify valuable because it helps manage payments, inventory, delivery, and invoicing efficiently. I like that setting up the payment gateway is very easy. I'm also really impressed by the new feature of collaboration with an AI platform, which allows us to directly design the UI without needing a third-party developer.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I think the dropshipping plan is not working well because we get return products more often and losing money very drastically. It's a little bit hard to set up because my friend's mind is totally on the business, so he needed some technical guy like me to help solve this problem.

Many of the more advanced features are only available through paid apps from the Shopify App Store. If you’re looking for customization that goes beyond the standard themes and basic settings, you may need to have knowledge of, or hire developers who are familiar with Shopify’s Liquid code.

I decided to start my own Shopify store to experiment with selling digital products. To my surprise, the business took off much faster than I expected. It supports everything from product uploads and inventory management to payments, shipping, and marketing tools—all in one place. The Shopify App Store also gives access to hundreds of apps that make customization and scaling very easy. Plus, the 24/7 customer support is extremely responsive and helpful when you hit a roadblock.

Extra costs for apps and third-party payment fees can be high. Some customizations need coding.

In general, store segmentation involves dividing a retail space into different areas or sections, each designed to cater to a specific type of product or customer. The goal is to organize the space in a way that makes it easier for customers to find what they're looking for and for the store to optimize its sales flow. For example, in a clothing store, there might be separate sections for men, women, children, and accessories. This kind of organization helps improve the shopping experience and increases business efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

It's very likely that the option to enable dark mode simply isn't available on that platform or app. It doesn't mean it's impossible to do, just that the feature hasn't been implemented or isn't accessible in that environment. If you'd like, I can help you find alternatives or suggestions for other programs or devices that do have that option

Shopify provides a variety of analytics to help track and show what is ordered, where its ordered from including marketing data to evaluate where efforts and resources should be focused on. Creating filters is simple and a great tool to help customers find the product that best meets their needs. A great sales and marketing tool.

Can be a little tricky at first. If customized, there are ongoing updates needed but with the support of IT, can easily be figured out.
