## Shopify Reviews
 ### 1. User-Friendly but Costly as Business Grows

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jaswanth k.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I find Shopify to be a powerful and user-friendly e-commerce platform that makes it easy to create, launch, and manage an online store without needing advanced technical skills. Its clean dashboard and fast setup are really helpful. I appreciate its strong built-in tools for inventory, payments, and shipping, which are excellent for beginners and growing brands. Shopify provides a centralized place to handle the storefront, products, payments, shipping, and sales channels, so I don't have to juggle multiple disconnected tools. I also like that it includes a focused set of e-commerce features covering store design, selling, and day-to-day operations in one platform. The drag-and-drop store builder with customizable themes, integrated payments, inventory and order management, shipping and tax automation, analytics, SEO tools, and abandoned-cart recovery are all valuable. Plus, the POS integration and multi-currency/multi-language support work well for selling online and in person. Overall, it's good for selling products online.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Many advanced features depend on paid apps, so overall costs can rise quickly as your business scales, and some users find its marketing and SEO controls less flexible than specialist tools.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify solves the problem of selling products online and in person efficiently without managing complex tech. It centralizes storefront, product, payment, shipping, and sales channels, reducing the need for multiple disconnected tools.

 ### 2. Effortless Store Creation with Comprehensive Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like that Shopify offers a whole bundle for anyone wanting to start an ecommerce business. It has features for payment and tracking, and it gives you listings for all products with a drag and drop functionality. I find the drag and drop website and store creation particularly helpful. Shopify also integrates well with other tools like shipping and payment software, which is great. Additionally, setting up Shopify is pretty easy compared to other platforms like WooCommerce, which I found to be a bit complex and time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Nothing as of now.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify lets me quickly and easily create stores for clients. It offers a complete bundle for starting an ecommerce business with features like payment processing, product tracking, and drag-and-drop store creation. It's simpler and faster than WooCommerce, making setup pretty easy.

 ### 3. Smooth Shopping Experience with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sammith K. | Freelance, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like that shopping on Shopify is a smooth and user-friendly experience. Browsing products and adding them to the cart feels seamless. The secure checkout with multiple payment options and the ability to track orders is fantastic. I appreciate how customers receive confirmation notifications and have choices for delivery options. Many stores on Shopify offering discounts and promo codes add to the convenience. What stands out most is how simple and smooth everything feels. The fast checkout saves me time and isn't complicated. Easy payment options mean I can pay the way I want without worrying about failures. Smooth order tracking gives peace of mind because I always know where my order is. Overall, shopping on Shopify is stress-free and reliable, making it valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Shipping costs showing up late and inconsistent return policies across stores could definitely be improved. I’d like shipping costs to be shown earlier, maybe right on the product page, so there are no surprises at checkout. For returns, it would be great if Shopify had more consistent return guidelines across stores, or at least made return policies easier to find and understand. Clearer timelines and simpler steps would make the whole experience feel more transparent and customer-friendly.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify makes shopping simple with easy checkout, safe payments, and smooth order tracking. The fast checkout saves me time, payment options are convenient, and order tracking gives peace of mind, making the experience stress-free and reliable.

 ### 4. Robust E-commerce Platform with Growth Potential

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritik P. | Manager of Sales

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I love Shopify's all-in-one solution for managing products, inventory, payments, and shipping from a single dashboard, which is a major benefit for many merchants. The scalability of Shopify is a huge plus, as it can grow with any business, from a single-product startup to a high-volume enterprise operation. I appreciate the extensive app store that allows me to add specific functionalities and integrations. Their robust support stands out as many positive reviews mention the reliability and availability of the 24/7 customer support team.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

While Shopify is a powerhouse for e-commerce, it has specific 'friction points' that can be frustrating as a business scales. The 'App Tax' and hidden costs are a concern because Shopify's core is intentionally lean, so you often need third-party apps for basic features, which can bloat your overhead with monthly subscriptions. Too many apps can also slow down the site's 'Liquid' code, affecting SEO and user experience. The rigid URL structures force you to use /products/ and /collections/, which can be a hurdle for SEO if migrating from another platform. The 'Pay-to-Play' checkout customization limits the customization unless you upgrade to Shopify Plus. High transaction fees are charged if you don't use Shopify Payments, which feels like an 'extra tax' on every sale. Multi-currency and regional limitations exist despite improvements, often requiring separate stores for truly localized sites. The built-in content management is limited, especially if your brand relies on storytelling content, often needing additional page builder apps.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify solves core e-commerce issues with its all-in-one platform that allows me to build and run an online store without complex coding. It centralizes operations, handles technical aspects, and ensures consistent branding. It streamlines inventory, payments, marketing, and scaling, freeing me to focus on selling.

 ### 5. User-Friendly Interface, Essential Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kishan T. | Project Support Officer

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like Shopify because it's user-friendly and comes with a free trial version. It's great that I don't need to know how to code to use it, thanks to its drag-and-drop option. I can easily build my own e-commerce website and add products just by dragging and dropping. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate. Shopify also integrates well with Facebook and Instagram, allowing me to sell products directly through posts.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

In the free version, the customer can’t purchase the product, and we need to buy a plan in order to do it. Once the free version is over, we need to get a plan in order to continue. There should be a lite version where the user should be able to use all the features but maybe limited number of products. Once it runs smoothly, we can move forward with the purchase plan.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify helps me with product management, marketing, and selling the product.

 ### 6. Fast, Easy-to-Use, Highly Scalable Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shibil K. | Head - Ecommerce, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

Fast, easy to use, and highly scalable platform.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Transaction fees are high. Advanced customizations can get expensive quickly.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify solves complex store setup and management by providing an easy, fast, and scalable platform.

 ### 7. Effortless Setup, Perfect for Selling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Creative J. | Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like the way Shopify makes it easier to add products and just sell, which means I can set up a website within one or two days and make it live. It's great that I don't have to worry about any hosting or other technical things, which is a relief for both me and my clients. Once the home page or the design layouts are done, it's ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

When I compare it with WordPress, there are so many apps or plugins in WordPress that used to be free or paid. It was a bit difficult when I was trying to set up something like pixels from MetaHatch manager, and there are tools that were paid on Shopify's side. Shopify needs to fix that.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify solves coding problems and hosting worries by providing default themes, making it easy to design and set up websites. Adding products is straightforward, allowing me or clients to launch sites quickly without technical hassles.

 ### 8. Effortless E-Commerce Management, But Watch the Fees

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul K.

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like that Shopify handles all the technical parts of the online store. I appreciate its POS feature, which allows me to offer multiple payment options to my customers, like credit cards, UPI, and net banking. I also like being able to add custom loyalty programs, which help increase my sales. Shopify ensures my website doesn't crash or go offline, and it helps with storing customer data and tracking sales and performance. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I don't like the fee structure of Shopify at all, they charge extra for any addon you purchase along with the basic plan, also its transaction fees are high. Another thing is Shopify does not refund the transaction fees on return orders.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to manage my online store without coding, handle payments, shipping, and inventory. It covers technical tasks, ensures site uptime, and offers multiple payment options with its POS feature, aiding customer engagement and sales.

 ### 9. Effortless Store Management, Exceptional Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Namrah F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I use Shopify to create and manage my online store, upload products, handle payments, and track orders easily from one place. I like how easy and reliable Shopify is to use, especially the clean dashboard, multiple payment options, and the way it helps my store look professional without much effort. The initial setup of Shopify was very easy, with guided steps making it simple to add products, set up payments, and launch the store quickly even without technical experience. Shopify is reliable, easy to use, and very helpful for anyone starting or growing an online business.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Some features feel expensive as the store grows, certain customizations need paid apps, and advanced changes can be difficult without coding knowledge.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to simplify managing my online store, including website creation, payment processing, inventory management, and order tracking, all without needing technical skills.

 ### 10. Easy setup, high cost concern

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuj K. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

Shopify is a very interesting tool to create websites. I like most of the things about it, especially the features related to its speed. We can easily manage our website, and there are lots of options like the inbuilt metatags. It's very easy to manage website themes and products, even for non-technical people who can easily set up using the theme. Shopify makes it straightforward to update title tags, descriptions, and keywords to increase our Google ranking, which is very good for optimizing our e-commerce portal.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Shopify is a very good platform, but in my opinion, its cost is very high. If we are running a new business, it should be less expensive for new business owners so that they can afford it.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Shopify to create websites, easily modify products, sell online, and optimize the e-commerce portal for Google search. It helps us optimize the e-commerce portal on a daily basis.

 ### 11. Powerful, Easy-to-Use E-Commerce Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pravin R. | Founder, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I love how Shopify's ease of use and all-in-one platform let me set up and manage an online store without needing technical skills. The dashboard is reliable, making handling products, payments, orders, and customers smooth. I appreciate Shopify's scalability and security; it grows with my business and provides solid payment security, instilling confidence in me and my customers. The user-friendly tools and built-in features like store setup and theme customization are straightforward, allowing me to design a professional-looking website without coding. The product and inventory management tools simplify adding, updating, and tracking products, saving me time. The integrated payment gateways let customers pay securely with multiple methods easily. Order and shipping management features keep everything organized, from order confirmation to delivery tracking. Shopify’s analytics and reports offer clear insights into sales and customer behavior, helping me make better business decisions. These features reduce manual work and improve efficiency, allowing me to focus on growing the business rather than tackling technical challenges. The onboarding process was well-guided, making it easy to set up the store, add products, configure payments, and start selling quickly.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Apps can become expensive: Many advanced features require third-party apps, and the monthly costs add up quickly for growing stores. Limited customization without coding: Making deeper design or functionality changes often requires knowledge of Liquid or hiring a developer. Transaction fees: If you don’t use Shopify Payments, the extra transaction fees can feel high. Basic reporting on lower plans: Detailed analytics and advanced reports are only available on higher-priced plans. Checkout customization limits: The checkout process has restrictions, especially for branding or adding custom logic unless you’re on Shopify Plus.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify solves the challenge of building an online store without technical skills, offering a single platform for payment, order management, and analytics. It's user-friendly, reducing manual work and allowing me to focus on business growth. It's scalable, integrates well, and boosts efficiency.

 ### 12. Easy to use, fully functional e-commerce solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kajal R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

What I like most about Shopify is its simplicity and all-in-one feature. Without any technical or coding knowledge, I was able to easily create my online store. Its dashboard is very user-friendly, making it extremely easy to add products, change prices, track orders, and manage inventory. Shopify's themes and app store give me the freedom to customize my business. Features like payment gateway, secure hosting, mobile-friendly design, and customer support are already available, saving both time and effort. Shopify has made it very easy for me to start and grow an online business.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Although Shopify is an excellent e-commerce platform, there are some aspects that have room for improvement. Firstly, its monthly fees and the additional cost of some essential apps can seem a bit expensive for small or new businesses. One has to rely on third-party apps for many features, which increases both the cost and complexity of the store. Additionally, some advanced customizations require coding knowledge, which can be a challenge for non-technical users. International shipping and tax setup also seem a bit confusing initially. The SEO and blogging features are good, but they could be improved compared to platforms like WordPress.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to create and manage my online store. It helps in setting up a store without coding by eliminating the technical hassles of building a website. It makes tasks like product listing, order management, and payment collection easy on a single platform.

 ### 13. Shopify Buy Button Made Selling on My Website Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

The Shopify Buy Button made it incredibly easy to make sales on my website without having to move my entire website over to a new platform.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

It would be nice to see a little more customization around the Buy Button.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify made it so easy to accept payment for programs. It allowed me to create sales pages with the ability to sign up and register right away. This prevented me from having to reply to emails or phone calls when signing folks up. They could do it all online.

 ### 14. Customizable Yet Inflexible with Third-Party Apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malik s.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I love the customized features of Shopify, which allow me to tailor the product attributes according to our specific requirements. This flexibility is invaluable for effectively managing our sales across different regions, including the rest of India. The ability to adjust product attributes as needed empowers us to make Shopify work specifically for our business needs. Additionally, the fact that I would rate Shopify a 10 out of 10 for recommendation demonstrates my high level of satisfaction with what Shopify offers.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I find that third-party apps do not work properly with Shopify, which affects my ability to fully leverage the platform. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were more customization options available for third-party apps to better meet specific business needs. This limitation hinders the integration of tailored features necessary for optimizing my e-commerce operations.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to reach sales across India, leveraging customizable features to tailor product attributes to our needs.

 ### 15. Comfortable product shopping but expensive subscription

I use Shopify to sell business and products. I like that many people can comfortably order from home and get delivery at their doorstep. In this app, everything can be viewed comfortably, and you can fully analyze your orders, which shows where our product is being ordered from. I liked Shopify's customer ratings, which make it the best for me.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Everything is good, just the plan subscription is a bit expensive.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify for business or product selling, allowing customers to comfortably place orders from home and receive delivery at their doorstep. Additionally, I can perform a complete analysis of my orders, which shows where my product orders are coming from.

 ### 16. E-Commerce Powerhouse with SEO Benefits

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayushi D L. | Webflow Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I really appreciate how easy it is to set up an e-commerce website using Shopify, thanks to the availability of templates and tons of free resources. The structure and language of Shopify seem very suitable for driving traffic to e-commerce websites, which is a huge plus for me, especially compared to my previous go-to platform, Webflow e-commerce. I've also noticed that Shopify sites tend to rank better in terms of SEO, which is great for visibility and attracting customers.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I don't like how restrictive it is to modify or customize the UI in Shopify. You need extensive knowledge of Liquid, Shopify's language, to be able to do that. I wish the templates were more customizable in terms of page structure, the no-code way like Webflow.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify for developing e-commerce sites due to its traffic-driving structure, SEO benefits, and ease of setup with templates and resources.

 ### 17. Best Platform for Managing an End-to-End DTC Backend

In my experience, this is the best platform for running and managing the end-to-end backend of a direct-to-consumer brand. It’s a true all-in-one platform that lets you create and manage your website, promotions, and sales data in one place. Overall, it’s the best ecommerce platform on the market.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

With so many plugins available, it can be difficult to know which one is the right fit for my business. I also wish they offered better options when it comes to website templates.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track sales and email marketing, and it makes it easier to find the data that matters when I’m making informed decisions for my business.

 ### 18. Creating an online store has become easy, but skills are needed.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharam .

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I use Shopify to sell my products globally and create an online store. It helps me list products online and build a digital store. There are many templates available for the digital store, and we can add multiple products to it. I can also receive online payments by integrating a payment partner. Setting up Shopify is very easy, and its interface is user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Shopify is a paid software, so we have to pay for the service and we need some coding skills to use it better. A paid version is required to use all the features.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can transform my physical store into an online shop using Shopify, allowing me to sell products and services globally. It makes creating a digital store easy, with many templates and payment integrations available.

 ### 19. Great for business expansion but challenging to set up

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharam R. | Information Technology Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

Shopify has helped in increasing online business by creating an online store, through which I can reach audiences and customers worldwide and sell my products. It offers all features in one place, such as I can receive payment lists, list as many items as I want, offer promotions to my customers, and an easy payment system is also available for customers.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Payment integration in Shopify is a bit difficult and requires initial knowledge of its tools and software. This can take some time. Setting up Shopify can be challenging for new users, but it becomes easier after gaining sufficient knowledge.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Shopify, I can sell my products online to customers all over the world from home. It makes creating an online store extremely easy, all features are available in one place, and there is an easy payment system for customers as well.

 ### 20. Effortless Setup and Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh R. | Chief Financial Officer

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I generally like Shopify for its ease of use, making it simple to set up and manage an online store without technical expertise. I appreciate its all-in-one nature, scalability, and extensive app ecosystem. The intuitive, centralized dashboard and section-based editor allow even beginners to manage products, inventory, orders, and customer data from one place. I value the quick setup with pre-designed, mobile-responsive themes and drag-and-drop functionality. Shopify is a fully hosted platform, so I don't need to worry about server security, updates, or maintenance. Its scalability is impressive, as it can accommodate businesses of all sizes, including those using Shopify Plus for handling increased traffic and sales volumes. The extensive App Store with over 8,000 apps helps add specialized functionality as business needs change. Shopify Payments simplify transactions and often waive third-party transaction fees. Additionally, it supports multichannel selling, allowing product sync across platforms like the online store, social media, and marketplaces. The reliable performance, fast loading speeds, built-in SSL certificates, and PCI compliance ensure a professional and secure shopping environment.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I find the limited deep customization without coding to be a bit of a barrier for non-technical users. You often need to edit code using Shopify's proprietary Liquid language, especially if you want to achieve highly bespoke designs. There's also an accumulating cost issue; transaction fees and the need for third-party apps for essential features add up quickly. Shopify's content management and SEO offer limited features compared to dedicated platforms like WordPress. I've noticed performance issues too, especially with heavy themes and too many installed apps slowing down page load speeds, which impact user experience and SEO rankings. Integrating with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems often requires additional apps or custom development. Lastly, customer support quality can be inconsistent; basic inquiries are fine, but complex technical problems might need external help.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Shopify streamlines creating and managing online stores, handling payments securely, and boosting sales with its marketing tools. It simplifies operations and scales with growth, though technical customization and additional app costs are challenges.

 ### 21. Reliable and User-Friendly, But Costs Add Up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhay K.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I use Shopify to easily create and manage an online store. It helps me list products, handle payments, track orders, manage inventory, and customize my website without needing technical skills. Shopify removes the technical complexity of building and maintaining a website, securely handles payments, manages inventory and orders in one place, and helps scale the business as sales grow. What I like most about Shopify is how easy and reliable it is to use. It lets me quickly set up and customize an online store, manage products and orders smoothly, and trust that payments, security, and performance are handled without hassle. I really enjoy Shopify’s app ecosystem and integrations. The wide range of apps for marketing, analytics, shipping, and customer support makes it easy to extend store functionality and adapt quickly as business needs grow. Shopify simplified store management, reduced technical issues, and made scaling the business much smoother. The initial setup of Shopify was very easy. We were able to launch a basic store quickly by following guided steps, choosing a theme, adding products, and setting up payments without needing much technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

One thing that could be improved is the cost, especially as you add more apps and transaction fees, which can add up for growing businesses. More advanced customization sometimes requires coding knowledge, and reporting features could be more detailed without needing higher-tier plans. More affordable pricing options: Lower transaction fees or more features included in basic plans would help small and growing businesses control costs. Stronger built-in features: Advanced reporting, analytics, and marketing tools could be available without upgrading to higher plans or relying on paid apps. Easier customization: More drag-and-drop design flexibility and native customization options would reduce the need for coding or hiring developers. Better app management: Clearer performance impact and cost transparency for apps would help avoid slowdowns and unexpected expenses.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to easily create and manage my online store, handling payments, orders, and inventory without technical skills. It solves the complexity of website management, securely processes payments, and helps scale as my business grows.

 ### 22. User-Friendly Platform with Robust E-Commerce Features

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like Shopify because it's simple and user-friendly, allowing me to set up a store quickly and manage products and orders easily without technical complications. The availability of apps and themes helps in customizing the store and growing the business. I also appreciate its reliability and support, which make running an online store less stressful. Shopify's ease of initial setup stands out too; the onboarding process is clear, and basic store settings like products, payments, and shipping can be completed swiftly with no technical background.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

One thing Shopify could improve is reducing dependency on paid apps, since many basic features require extra cost. Also, transaction and app fees can become expensive as a store grows. More built-in customization options without coding would also help beginners. Shopify could include more essential features in lower-tier plans so users don’t need many paid apps.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify simplifies e-commerce by solving website complexity, payment integration, order tracking, and inventory management. It provides a user-friendly platform to set up stores quickly, manage products easily, and customize with apps and themes.

 ### 23. User-Friendly Platform with Strong Scalability and App Ecosystem

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raja ram P. | Chief Financial Officer

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I generally like Shopify most for its ease of use, making it simple to set up and manage an online store without technical expertise. The intuitive, centralized dashboard and section-based editor allow beginners to manage products, inventory, orders, and customer data from one place. Stores can be launched quickly using pre-designed, mobile-responsive themes and drag-and-drop functionality. Shopify is a fully hosted, comprehensive platform, which means users don't need to worry about server security, updates, or infrastructure maintenance. The platform is designed to grow with businesses of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises (with Shopify Plus), handling increasing traffic and sales volumes effectively. The marketplace with over 8,000 apps and integrations allows users to easily add specialized functionality (e.g., email marketing, loyalty programs, advanced SEO) as their business needs evolve. Shopify Payments simplifies transactions and often waives third-party transaction fees, offering a seamless and secure checkout experience that helps boost conversion rates. Users can easily sync and sell products across various platforms, including their online store, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), all managed from a single dashboard. The platform's reliable uptime, fast loading speeds, built-in SSL certificates, and PCI compliance ensure a professional and secure shopping environment.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I find that there's limited deep customization without coding, which can be a barrier for non-technical users. Also, the potential for accumulating costs from necessary apps and transaction fees can add up. There are constraints in content management and technical SEO, as the CMS is less robust compared to platforms like WordPress. Store page load speed might suffer due to heavy themes and too many apps. The inventory system can become insufficient for larger businesses without additional apps. Finally, while customer support is available 24/7, the quality of assistance can be inconsistent, especially for complex issues.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to create an online store quickly, manage products and inventory, process payments securely, drive sales, streamline operations, enhance customer experience, scale my business, and gain insights for data-driven decisions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sudibya S. | Part Time worker, Startup Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I really liked the Shopify platform because here I can list products very easily, and because of this, there is no need for other platforms. In Shopify, it is possible to connect the payment gateway and list or remove products all in one place, which I found very good. Adding a payment gateway is very easy and quick; I was able to connect PayPal and Cash Free gateways in just 2-3 minutes. It took me only two hours to start the website, and that too very easily with the use of AI, which I really liked. This setup process was so simple that my website started working immediately.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

When I took their trial subscription on Shopify, I noticed that the domain provided by them had 'dot shopify' written in it, and I couldn't customize it. If that could be removed, it would have been perfect for the time.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify gave me a platform where I can easily list products, connect a payment gateway, and manage everything in one place. Its setup process was simple and it helped me a lot in the beginning of my business.

 ### 26. Scalable, User-Friendly, and Feature-Rich Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** YASH M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I use Shopify for its user-friendly platform and clean dashboard that keeps everything organized in one place, making product, order, and customer management simple and stress-free. The platform's powerful built-in features, like inventory and payment options, add to its versatility. I appreciate Shopify's advanced tools that assist with inventory management, payments, marketing, and analytics, which make running an online store more efficient and data-driven. The reliable customer support adds extra confidence, as any technical or operational issues can be quickly resolved. Shopify also offers a variety of professional and modern themes, and the app store is a significant asset, allowing me to easily add extra functionalities such as marketing, SEO, and sales enhancements through apps. Its strong performance, scalability, and support have been crucial for both beginners and growing businesses, helping save time, reduce technical effort, and focus on sales and growth. The initial setup was very smooth and straightforward, thanks to the step-by-step guidance and a beginner-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

The one area that could be improved in Shopify is pricing flexibility. Some advanced features and apps can become expensive as a store grows, which may be challenging for small businesses. Additionally, customization beyond themes sometimes requires coding knowledge or paid apps. While Shopify's ecosystem is strong, relying on too many apps can affect cost and performance. Improving built-in features and offering more flexible pricing options would make the platform even better for users at different stages of growth.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify for managing and building online stores. Its user-friendly dashboard saves time and reduces technical effort. It offers reliable support, advanced inventory and marketing tools, reducing complexity and boosting productivity, letting me focus on growth. Switching from WooCommerce, Shopify provides stability and better performance.

 ### 27. Affordable, simple, and powerful online store solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjeet C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I really like the simplicity and speed of creating an online store with Shopify. It sets up the store without much effort and everything can be managed in one place. I also like Shopify's easy store setup and secure payment gateway, which provides a trustworthy experience for customers. Order and inventory management remain under control automatically, and its mobile app helps manage the store from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

In my opinion, these things could be improved in Shopify: the plan prices could be a bit lower, reliance on apps could be reduced, and customization could be made easier. The plans seem a bit expensive for small or new businesses. For many essential features, different apps have to be installed, which increases costs and management. If there is an option to customize the design and checkout more without coding, it would be easier for the user. If the dashboard and support are also available in Hindi, it would be more convenient for users in India.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to easily and quickly create an online store, manage orders and payments, and run a business without technical knowledge. It saves both time and effort.

 ### 28. Empowers Beginners and Supports Business Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramin .

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I love how Shopify helps young people learn to design websites by lowering the barrier to learning digital and creative skills. It's especially valuable for beginners thanks to no-code website building with drag-and-drop tools and ready-made themes. Designing a full website becomes easy without needing any coding knowledge, which builds confidence and creativity. Shopify also provides a real-world learning experience by connecting design efforts to actual outcomes like managing products and understanding payments and orders. I appreciate how it encourages gradual skill growth, allowing beginners to use themes and visual editors while offering curious learners and advanced users the opportunity to explore apps or coding like HTML/CSS. Moreover, it's a safe and guided environment with tutorials, help guides, and clear structure, making it ideal for students and first-time creators. I also value how it encourages creativity and business thinking, not just website design, by considering branding and the effect of presentation on users and goals.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Here are some common areas where Shopify doesn’t work as well and could be improved, especially from a learner or small-business perspective: 1. Cost Can Add Up Quickly - The basic plan looks affordable, but apps, themes, and add-ons often cost extra. For beginners or young learners, it can feel expensive once you start needing features like email marketing, reviews, or advanced analytics. 2. Heavy Dependence on Apps - Many important features (advanced filtering, wishlists, subscriptions) require third-party apps. Too many apps can slow down the website and make management confusing. 3. Design Customization Is Limited - Customizing layouts beyond templates requires coding knowledge (Liquid, CSS). Beginners may feel restricted when trying to create a unique look. 4. Inventory & Reporting Can Feel Basic - Inventory management is good for small stores but less powerful for complex needs. Reports are limited unless you upgrade to higher plans. 5. Multi-Language & Multi-Currency Setup Is Not Smooth - Selling internationally often requires extra apps. Translation and localization could be more beginner-friendly. 6. Learning Curve for Absolute Beginners - While user-friendly, terms like payments, taxes, shipping rules can confuse first-time users. Tutorials are good, but real-world examples could be better. 7. Limited Control Over Checkout (Lower Plans).

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify lets me find products from ambitious creators and supports young people in learning web design. It lowers the barrier for digital skills, and its no-code tools foster creativity. It’s user-friendly for beginners and entrepreneurs to manage stores effectively.

 ### 29. The Gold Standard for Online Stores

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George A. | Freelancer Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

Shopify makes frontend work smooth with modular themes, Liquid templating, and fast local dev via CLI. Polaris ensures clean, accessible UI, and APIs support custom and headless builds. GitHub integration keeps workflows tidy, and built-in UX tools help launch polished stores fast.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Shopify’s biggest limitation is its lack of backend control, developers can’t run custom server-side logic, which makes advanced workflows tricky. Liquid is fine for templating but gets clunky for complex conditions, and debugging tools are minimal. Custom checkout is gated behind Shopify Plus, and relying on third-party apps for key features can drive up costs fast.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify solves the complexity of launching and scaling an online store by abstracting away infrastructure, payments, and security concerns. For developers, it offers a fast path to MVP with built-in hosting, storefront theming, and a robust API ecosystem. That means less time wrangling boilerplate and more time focusing on UX, conversion, and client-specific features. Its app marketplace and integrations also make it easy to extend functionality without reinventing the wheel—especially useful when working with non-technical clients who need autonomy.

 ### 30. User-Friendly with Great Support, But Pricey Apps

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

I really like that Shopify puts all my products in an organized manner and is easy to use and navigate. The customer support through Shopify is awesome, making it a great experience for me. The initial setup was super easy, and I found a lot of helpful videos on YouTube to get started.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

The cost and fees of apps can be a bit pricey.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify organizes my products in a way that's easy to use, with straightforward navigation and awesome customer support.

 ### 31. Effortless Setup and Scalability with Shopify

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yassine B. | Solution Designer

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I'm using Shopify for my online business, and it helps me manage orders and track everything from the website to clients. One of the things I really enjoy about Shopify is its ability to scale the website automatically without any stress. It just handles everything for me, which is especially helpful during peak times like Black Friday or Boxing Day when there's a lot of traffic. I appreciate this aspect because it means I don't need to worry about any site crashes. Additionally, the initial setup was smooth, clear, easy, and beginner-friendly. As a software engineer, I found it very easy to use, which I didn't expect. It's also connected to my Facebook business manager and exchanges data with Facebook Pixel to help track orders and attract potential customers. I've already recommended Shopify to all my friends.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I don't like that it's not possible to link multiple bank accounts to each market unless you upgrade to the most expensive plan. Also, when customizing the website, uploading products with multiple variants, like color, is not simple. I wish Shopify made it easier to upload a picture for each variant so that when users switch the variant, it automatically switches the picture. I've had to look around online and with tools like ChatGPT to fix the code for this.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify helps me manage my online business by tracking orders and website performance. It handles scaling automatically, especially during peak times, which relieves stress. Additionally, I integrate it with Facebook to track ads and attract customers.

 ### 33. Highly Effective Yet Costly Ecommerce Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail B. | Spécialiste en marketing et ventes, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I find Shopify to be easy to use, especially for beginners, and it offers a lot of payment methods which is really helpful for my dropshipping business using AliExpress products. I appreciate the drag-and-drop sections available on every page, not just the homepage, and the no-code customization for most layout changes. This means I can add, remove, or reorder sections without touching code, which is a huge plus. Shopify’s strong performance and mobile optimization are impressive right out of the box. It also solves problems by allowing the marketing or content teams to make small changes without waiting on developers.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

The monthly plan plus apps and transaction fees lead to surprise expenses. Scaling often means upgrading plans earlier than expected, and the costs scale as the business grows, often unexpectedly. Many apps don't stay at their advertised price. There's overlapping functionality, so sometimes you're paying for features you don't fully use.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Shopify easy to use for beginners, with helpful features like multiple payment methods and an extension to import AliExpress information. Its no-code customization and drag-and-drop capabilities let us make changes without developer help, which is super convenient for marketing and content teams.

 ### 34. Effortless E-commerce with Robust Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Search Engine Optimization Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

Shopify is the best app I've used for an e-commerce store. It helps me run my store online, making my profit 10 times greater than a physical shop. It saves my time and money by reducing the cost of workers and salesmen. I like using meta title and meta description with focus keywords. The analytics feature is helpful as I check it daily to make changes and see if something's not working, which saves me time. The initial setup of Shopify was so easy and not time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Sometimes the analytics are not accurate or don't match the sales. For example, if I get 10 orders, it might show 20 or sometimes none at all.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to make more profit in less time, reducing costs for workers and salesmen. Its analytics save me time adjusting strategies.

 ### 35. Effortless Setup, Premium Feel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj K. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like Shopify because it offers easy store setup and personalization for my brand's website, making it look authentic without huge costs. It's great that almost anyone can set it up, giving a premium website vibe and enabling me to target a large number of customers easily. I wanted my product to look unique and of premium quality without investing massive budgets. The transition from using Printify to Shopify helped save a lot of time and money, reducing workload. Setting up Shopify was very easy, to the point that even kids could do it, and there are many tutorials available to guide the process.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I'd like to see the integration of third parties through linking websites and apps, where you can copy the link from an already made and customized home page, paste it to Shopify, and everything like products, prices, and images are automatically shown on the Shopify store.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify offers easy store setup and personalization, saving money and time. It makes my brand look premium without huge investment, targeting more customers efficiently. Transitioning from Printify reduced costs and workload.

 ### 36. A Lifesaver for Online Business Setup

I find Shopify to be a life saver for online business with its user-friendly and flexible interface. The customizable themes help perfect branding, making navigation easy and keeping visuals on brand. I love the seamless payment feature because it means less hassle for customers. The massive app store feels like having a toolbox where you can pick exactly what you need. It was very easy and simple to set up.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Honestly, some of Shopify's pricing plans get a bit steep, especially for small businesses. Sometimes you want a straight recommendation, and navigating the app store can be overwhelming with so many options.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify is a lifesaver for my online business. It solves problems like product management, easy store setup, and payment-related issues. The customizable theme helps with perfect branding, seamless payments reduce hassle for customers, and the massive app store is like a toolbox.

 ### 37. Effortless Setup, User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shovon K. | Business Analyst & Sales Force Automation Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I love that Shopify provides the easiest solution to create a website without much coding knowledge, as most things are ready. I appreciate the design and user-friendly interface. I also value the simplicity of selecting a template and implementing it as our website. The initial setup did not take much time, so I must say it was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

I find local payment processing system integration challenging. While the international system integration is plug-and-play, local systems require technical knowledge. I had to hire someone to handle it. If there was an international standard that could be enforced on local providers to get the required information, it would allow us to do it ourselves without dependency.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Shopify offers the easiest solution to create a website without much coding knowledge, with most features ready to use.

 ### 38. All-in-One Maintenance, Hacker-Proof Security, and an Amazing UX

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

It is missing basic features like the option to have dedicated url for each variant

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I dont need to worry about hosting, hostmanager, or maintenance. Deploy and forget.

 ### 39. Customizable E-Commerce with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I love that I can fully customize Shopify. In particular, I like that I can create a specific aesthetic with my own color themes and movable blocks. I also appreciate being able to customize the navigation, notification, and checkout settings for customers. It's been useful to minimize the steps involved in the checkout to make it as seamless as possible, encouraging customer checkouts. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

It's often frustrating that many of the add-ons are by external developers for a few reasons. 1 - there are extra charges and 2 these often don't integrate fully and don't function very well. It's tricky to find good ones that work. I'd love if Shopify approved good add-ons that worked well.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify allows me to sell products through my own custom store, avoiding high commissions from marketplaces. I love customizing my store's aesthetic and navigation, making checkout as seamless as possible, encouraging purchases.

 ### 40. Effortless Website Building for Everyone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

What I like best about Shopify is how incredibly easy it makes building a website. Literally anyone can create a full online store within minutes no coding, no complex designing. Everything is customizable from A to Z, and the platform guides you step-by-step. As someone who works with different businesses, I love how smooth and beginner-friendly the whole process is. It saves a lot of time and makes launching a professional website effortless.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

What I dislike about Shopify is that a lot of the good themes are paid, which makes it a bit expensive especially for small online business owners. Compared to WordPress, the overall monthly cost of Shopify can feel high for beginners. I also feel Shopify should improve AI integrations and make payment integration even simpler for new users. Shopify is a great platform, but it would be even better if they kept small business owners in mind and reduced some of the charges or offered more free design options. Apart from this, the experience is smooth, but affordability is definitely an area that needs attention.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify is solving one of the biggest problems of the past creating a website used to take days, lots of technical knowledge, and so many separate tools. Five years ago, building an online store meant hiring developers, dealing with complicated setup, hosting, coding, and so many small technical headaches. But Shopify has turned all of that into a simple, fast, and stress-free process. Now, I can create a full website in just a few hours sometimes even in minutes. Everything I need is in one place: store setup, design, payments, inventory, marketing tools, and analytics. This all-in-one system removes the need to depend on multiple people or platforms. For me, the biggest benefit is the convenience. I can focus on the business and design side instead of worrying about technical work. It saves time, reduces cost, and gives me full control. Shopify has basically made e-commerce accessible for everyone beginners, small businesses, freelancers… anyone can start easily. It’s truly a problem-solving platform that brings everything together in the simplest way.

The platform offers an intuitive dashboard that makes it easy to get started with a quick store setup. Plus, it's great that Shopify comes with reliable performance without needing extensive technical expertise. I also appreciate its scalability.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Pricing becomes expensive as you seek advanced features, and it's paid not much you can do without paying. Features like advanced reporting and analytics, pricing would be more appealing if there were flexible bundles for small businesses.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to build and manage an e-commerce storefront. It solves the complexity of setting up and maintaining an online store by providing an all-in-one platform for hosting, security, and payment processing. However, advanced reporting and analytics features increase the pricing.

 ### 42. Ease in online store setup and payment process

Shopify's payment gateway works very well, making it easy to accept payments for products sold online. Setting it up is also easy, just purchase a Shopify plan according to your needs and everything will work fine.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

Shopify is a paid service, so those who want to use it must pay first.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to sell products online and create stores for customers. It helps me grow my business. Its payment gateway and product management features, such as discounts and returns, are useful.

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I really like how easy it is to set up and manage my online store. As the owner of Adaahe, a women's clothing brand, Shopify allows me to focus on growing my business instead of worrying about technical details. Its clean interface, smooth payment integration, and wide range of themes make it easy to give my store a professional look. The app integrations are also very helpful for marketing, inventory management, and automation.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

The main downside is the extra cost for certain apps and transaction fees if not using Shopify Payments. Some advanced customizations require coding or a developer’s help, which can be challenging for beginners. Apart from that, it’s a very reliable platform.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify solved the biggest challenge I had – creating a professional, secure, and easy-to-manage online store without needing deep technical knowledge. It handles hosting, security, payments, and updates automatically, so I can focus on designing and selling my products. Its integrated tools for inventory management, order tracking, and marketing save me time and reduce errors. Overall, Shopify helps me run Adaahe smoothly and scale my business faster.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

The response times, for example, right now I just lost a sale of 620 USD due to a useless, inefficient team that has been over a month and still can't activate Twint as a payment method in my store.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it doesn't solve anything without insisting many times, for the type of company it is, it should be concerned with maintaining an efficient team capable of providing immediate responses and solutions, and not having to insist, in my case, for more than a month without results

Shopify's limited customization options. Adding email hosting will be vry beneficial for shop owners to interact with clients.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a beginner, I can launch an online store easily with Shopify. I don't need to sign up for a web hosting plan. No need to buy third-party premium tools to manage sales and devivery. All are available under one roof. This is very helpful for beginners and startups.

 ### 48. Easy to Use...but Add On's can Add Up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like the user-friendly interface, excellent customer service, and extensive tools and tutorials make it stand out. Of all the e-commerce platforms I’ve tried, Shopify is my top choice.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

The main downside is cost. Most extras like the rewards programs, subscriptions, texting, and more, require paid add-ons, so if your site doesn’t get much traffic it can get pricey. I’m also not a big fan of the built-in analytics. I’ve found third-party apps give clearer insights.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shopify gives me a professional online store without the cost or complexity of hiring a web team. As someone just starting out, it let me create a sleek, polished website that looks like it was built by pros...even though I did it myself.

The platform’s built-in email marketing is a big win, too. I can design branded emails with customizable templates, keep all customer info in one place, and easily create segments and automations for new sign-ups, shipping updates, and follow-ups. Once those are set up, they run on their own, saving me time and mental energy.

Overall...Shopify helps removes the technical headaches so I can focus on growth.

 ### 49. Shopify's easy solution for online store

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I like the feature of creating a custom domain for my store in Shopify. It allows any offline store owner to take their store online, and they can set up their store by acquiring a domain similar to their store's name. I also like that an average person can do drop shipping with the help of this app. The initial setup on Shopify was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

There is a slight lag in its interface which just needs to be fixed.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to take my store online. With its help, anyone with an offline store can create an online custom domain for their store.

 ### 50. The best platform with easy setup and clean UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Shopify?**

I really like Shopify's clean user interface. It helps us take our offline store online and allows us to do drop shipping. Setting it up initially was very easy for us and its initial interface was completely clean. We use Shopify with its tools and CRM, which allows us to easily view user data and sales pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Shopify?**

There is a need to further improve checkout customization in Shopify so that it can be used and the page can be edited even without Shopify Plus.

**What problems is Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shopify to take my offline store online and for drop shipping.
