I like most about Shopify is how easy it is to manage the store on a daily basis. For Zelya, I can add products, update prices and images, create collections, manage orders and make changes to the storefront without needing a developer for every small task. The app ecosystem is also useful because I can add features when I need them. Overall, it makes running an online store much easier than building and managing the whole ecommerce system myself. The biggest downside for me is that the cost can increase once you start adding paid apps for shipping, payments, marketing and other features. Some basic customizations are also limited unless you use an app or have some technical knowledge.
