What do you like best about Shopify POS?

The UI is absolutely the best, very intuitive and easy to add products. Though reporting is less intuitive and seems to be constantly changing, AI chatbot is actually very helpful and there is a quick recourse to actual human customer service when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

Reporting is segmented into categories that are not always intuitive, features are carved into add-on integrations which do not always function with Shopify's data. While Flow is a great tool and easy to use if you are copying suggested actions or triggers - it is difficult to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shopify POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to unify our online sales and store sales, track inventory, set pars and track sales and profit data. Shopify POS has allowed us to seamlessly integrate online store and physical inventory to reduce refunds for out of stock items. In the right hands and with more management I can see how POS would be very helpful in tracking inventory and reporting data. Right now we are not using all of the available features.
