"Shopify Plus: Easy to Manage, Highly Customizable, and Packed with Apps"

What do you like best about Shopify Plus?

We love the customization opportunities and the amount of plug-and-play apps and add-ons available instead of building custom solutions in other platforms. I also look forward to the biannual editions with new feature releases and meeting with our Plus support team any time that it is needed. As a WYSIWYG the admin portal is super easy to navigate and we don't have to spend much time training or troubleshooting, and performance is more than satisfactory with little to no downtime on admin and front-end sites. Overall I am super happy with Shopify Plus and I recommend it to anyone I know in the e-commerce space assuming they have the revenue to support it as it can be pricey compared to other, less-comprehensive options. What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?

There are a few downsides/trade-offs to using Shopify like the strict URL structure, we would love to drop /pages/ and /collections/ from some of our URLs, and make new ones specific to policies, etc., but I understand the indexing structure and why it is that way. What problems is Shopify Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have to go through an engineer every time we want to launch something new or make changes to page templates, etc. and there are so many out-of-the-box power-ups to use for low to no cost that we can solve most issues on our own as a relatively lean team (little to no engineering resources on our direct team).
