And it helps me in doing the same. It makes my products reach more customers so that I get more business. Compared to other shopping sites, it helps me reach people in both urban and rural and it helps me in international customers **What do you dislike about ShopHero?** Everything about this product is awesome, but only thing that I wanted to be better in this is its interface should be a little more attractive to get more customers and branders like me **What problems is ShopHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I said above it helps my products reach customers in every corner of the world and also helps me grow my business to an international level. Sometime the customer service of Shop Hero is not responsive. 3. Otherwise it is a good software. **What problems is ShopHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** You can use shop hero for free for a month. Since it makes life souch easier you would want to go for it and it is available in at a very cheap rate later. Nice app. ### 3. It integrated with our POS and the payment system was easy **What do you dislike about ShopHero?** I think it was a little difficult the communication but it is something that can be improved. I personally had issues with the mobile app option but I'm not sure if it was just me. **What problems is ShopHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped personalize our e commer customer journey and for better data thus improving our customer experience by miles.
