What I like best is the combination of strong technical competence and long-term reliability. Their team understands real-world commerce stacks and mobile app constraints, so discussions happen on eye level and quickly turn into actionable solutions. Over many years the platform and collaboration have been stable, with predictable releases and very few production surprises. The main downside for us was that some platform capabilities and features weren’t communicated clearly enough early on. We only realized later how customizable the software is and how much we could build ourselves on top of it, which meant we discovered certain potentials later than necessary.
