What do you like best about Shopbox?

We have been recommending Shopbox AI to our clients who are looking to create personalised experiences for their end users. We have seen real results in increasing conversions across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopbox?

The only downside is largely down to personal preference when it comes to AI. Some clients feel that it can take away from the look and feel of a homepage and become too product driven. On the flip side many can see it will deliver positive results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shopbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopbox AI can help retailers to achieve more of that in store experience that you have with a good sales assistant. Using the end users behaviour and preferences, the tool can deliver more targetted selections of products helping the user to find what they are looking for.
