Once you have added data such as the lookups, and they are used, it is very difficult to remove. This is a user issue however. If I want to assign a work order to the mechanical engineer and electrical then I would have to create two separate work orders. Also I cannot make it clear that a certain task requires more than one person. The work order only shows estimated man hours which is a total of everyone involved. The work may need 3 people for 1 hour each so estimated man hours would be 3 hours. This is not how long the job should take which is confusing.
