What do you like best about ShipStation?

Shipstation is a very important tool if you are a business shipper and ship out multiple shipments everyday i have integrated it with my shopify website all orders gets synced and i can mass generate labels and print them in one go hassle-free and easy solution i do not to do anything manually and it saves lot of time for me. What do you dislike about ShipStation?
