What do you like best about ShipStation?

It works most of the time. Generally not blown away by it at all. Feels slightly better than web 1.0 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

It doesn't feel like it has any innovation. The reporting sucks. Generally the UX on a phone or mobile is beyond terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to ship. Bare minimum. If I had the time I'd look into other options to see what is a nicer interface with an actual app you can use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
