What do you like best about ShipStation?

ShipStation's list of integration partners is long and easy to set up. Each connection can be set up within minutes with very little work. Even if an integration isn't available, their API is easy to setup to create manual stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

The error messages can be very vague regarding stores being disconnected. This happens about once every month or two and although it always gets resolved, I often have to reach out to support for help. Luckily, the support staff is awesome and they respond very quickly. What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get orders that need to be shipped out from over a dozen sources. Without ShipStation we would have to go to each platform to fulfill orders. ShipStation saves us time by allowing us to fulfill all of our orders in one central location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
