What do you like best about ShipStation?

I love ShipStation for its easy-to-use and navigable interface. My favorite part is probably the label-creating aspect. I feel good about how much I pay for my shipping labels and it's beyond easy to find the best price for any package! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

It's awesome that I can import my marketplaces in so all my orders are waiting for me, but I do find that I have to constantly reconnect my marketplaces so that they refresh in my ShipStation. Almost every time I log in, my Squarespace marketplace cannot refresh and I need to reconnect it to ShipStation manually. Although an easy fix, it would be ideal not to have to do this every time. What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShipStation allows me to save SO much time (and money!) by giving me the ability to pack and ship everything from the comfort of my studio. I simply bring my packages to the post office and drop them off. No waiting in long lines at the post office and paying astronomical amounts for shipping labels.
