What do you like best about ShipStation?

Really like the platform... when it works! Constantly drops the API connection between it and my WooCommerce store. Shopify got booted months ago, but I think that's more of shopify pushing their shipping service than anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipStation?

Really on the fence whether I'll keep it. I may drop my WooCommerce store and drop shipstation as well. I think paying 9.95 a month is not too bad though, does come in handy when I was using it for both stores. Also is one hell of an accounting tool when all of the sales are in the system. Not anymore. What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Really helpful on managing orders, plus having it for accounting does help quite a bit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
