"A 3PL that actually behaves like part of our ops team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ShipNetwork?

Two things really stand out for me. First is the responsiveness of the client services team. SN consistently handles urgent prioritization requests the same day, and they keep us informed until the inventory is live and shipping. Second is their willingness to take on work that falls outside a standard 3PL scope. Together, we built a returns process designed specifically around our product and quality standards. They also run relabeling and inspection projects for us, and they execute them consistently and with strong quality. They fulfill both our D2C orders and our Amazon FBM orders. Their multi-DC footprint also lets us position inventory closer to demand, which has reduced transit times and lowered outbound cost per order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipNetwork?

The reporting and portal experience is the weakest part. Pulling inventory and shipped-order data for reconciliation still requires more manual effort than it should, and the invoice details could be easier to trace back to individual orders without us having to export data and join files ourselves. Backorder visibility also feels more reactive than proactive - we’d prefer automatic alerts rather than needing to check for issues manually. None of this is a dealbreaker, but stronger self-serve analytics and clearer drill-downs would save our team hours every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
