What do you like best about ShipMonk?

I love the ease of use of ShipMonk. Once logged into the portal, everything I need is on the main screen after finding an order. ShipMonk makes it simple to find package information and even allows me to cancel shipments early with just a click. The interface is simple to navigate and makes information easy to find. The initial setup was simple too; I was provided with login information, and there were no issues logging in or changing my information as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShipMonk simplifies tracking shipments and finding package information. I quickly locate shipping data, even if customers forget to update addresses, and can cancel orders easily if needed. The interface is intuitive and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
