What do you like best about ShipHero?

ShipHero has transformed the way we do warehousing. We can now ship out hundreds of orders in a day instead of the ten or so that we initially could do. The location abilities have been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipHero?

Customer support is pretty tricky. We often need a minor fix or feature update, and these things can be done quickly. However, customer support takes a while to reach out, so we are left with the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us store our products efficiently, ship consistently, and bill clients effectively. It is easy to train our employees on this software and is very applicable to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
