What do you like best about ShipCompliant?

Tech support, and dedicated member of team who files our reports - very communicative and easy to work with. Has saved us valuable hours each week on reporting to the various state agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipCompliant?

Initial set up could be a bit more detailed (from sales team) - but Tech support could answer any questions I had. When setting up, make sure to set aside time to dedicate to the set up to go over the detail (it pays dividends later on by not having to re-do set-up items) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ShipCompliant:

Generally a positive experience. Get very detailed information about set up of platform (as the sales team sometimes is too general); Support team (Tech and Reporting) have been great - helpfully, on-top of reporting deadlines - in general, very good experience!
