I use multiple software packages, Shiftsuite is the most streamlined for our industry. It is intuitive, easy to use and implementation is straightforward. The customer support is immediate and effective. This is my preferred software package for all my clients.

I would like to see more technology integration. This is not a negative point on Shiftsuite, implementing 3rd party technology is challenging. The ability to process credit/debit transactions, or to post deposits directly from the banking software is a "wish list" item.
