I really liked that Shield was very easy to integrate, which made the initial setup smooth for us. The team, from engineering to customer success, provided excellent support and helped us maximize the product's potential by tweaking it for our specific use case. The latency is really low, which helps us a lot, and the accuracy of their device fingerprinting is very high. Because we've reduced latency, there have been instances where device IDs weren't generated for a reasonable size of transactions. I want the Shield team to work on that.
