I appreciate SHI for their pricing, which is cheaper than CDW, particularly for Microsoft licensing. The transition from CDW to SHI has been a great experience as the infrastructure cost is lower and the customer service is better. SHI's answers and ability to provide good service stand out to me. Their proactive approach, where account reps ask about current initiatives and follow up with tailored options, adds a lot of value. I like the ability to consolidate vendor services with SHI, making it convenient to manage billing in one place and reducing the hassle of managing multiple vendors. The URL filter feature in the Zscaler web security they helped implement is particularly beneficial in blocking malicious sites.
