What do you like best about Sherlock Taxi Solution?

Sherlock Taxi solution is a great tool to keep a track of all the cabs in our offices. In our offices, we follow safety for female employees strictly and this has helped us get regular updates and keep track of activities. Not just that, even invoicing has also become more organized and crisp. Initially, we used did all of this process manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sherlock Taxi Solution?

We often come up with some setup issues where we need live support. This software lacks that feature. Support for phone apps on android and iOS is not that great We are looking for a one-time purchase rather than a subscription model. No SMS alert is supported. What problems is Sherlock Taxi Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, we tracked our cab services provided to employees in a manual fashion where a supervisor keeps a track. With this software, we have automated the whole process in multiple fronts - have customer Database in one place for easy and fast booking. - Billing for each trip is done by Sherlock - We can schedule trips based on the requests we receive. Avoids manual error which was a major concern . - Vehicle tracking - This feature is a blessing as it helps us track vehicle and helps us adhere to our company's safety norm.
