What do you like best about Sherlock?
I like that we can set up scoring profiles very quickly based on existing events and properties for BOTH Accounts and Users. The other awesome addition is that it handles Account and User activation separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Sherlock?
They are adding features quickly based on feedback so when we have any issue usually they solve it in a reasonable time frame. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
