Everyone at this company is very nice, they take the time to get to know you and your business. The system is quite simple to use, it just needs a a bit more of a customization for complex agencies. I ultimately decided against SharpSpring, just based on the complexity of my agency, but I will be back for another business I own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
