Shape's UI is intuitive, and the setup process was pretty easy. We love how you can create and manage email and text campaigns and track everything. Some other CRMs we tested had all the same features, but getting them set up seemed much more time-consuming. Shape ties them all together nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shape doesn't seem to offer over-the-phone chat support, which we find very helpful, but they provide extensive support articles for common issues and email support.
