What do you like best about Shakebug?

What I like best about Shakebug is how simple it makes bug reporting and tracking. The SDK is incredibly easy to use. Just shaking the phone instantly captures all the important details, including screenshots, logs, device information, and user actions, which saves a lot of time for both testers and developers.

Another feature I really appreciate is its seamless integration with popular project management and collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, ClickUp, and many others. This allows our team to sync bug reports directly into our existing workflow without any manual effort, keeping everything organized in one place and improving our overall development process. What do you dislike about Shakebug?
