What do you like best about Shakebug?

The shake to report flow is the biggest win for us. We run an IT services company and build mobile apps for clients. Earlier, clients and testers would send bugs over WhatsApp or email with half the details missing. Now they just shake the phone, mark the issue on the screenshot, and submit.

Every report comes with device model, OS version, app version, and logs attached automatically. So my developers don't waste time asking "which phone, which version" anymore.

Crash grouping with AI is also useful. Duplicate crashes get clubbed into one issue, so the team fixes what matters instead of scrolling through the same crash 50 times.

Setup is quick too. We integrated it into a Flutter app in a few minutes, and the same SDK works for iOS, Android, and React Native. Jira and Slack integration means reports land where the team already works. We are using standard price, $57 is worth having for shakebug! What do you dislike about Shakebug?

Nothing major so far. The dashboard UI could be a bit more polished in some places, and I'd love deeper filtering options on older reports. But these are small things, the core job of reporting and tracking bugs works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shakebug solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem was messy bug reporting during QA and client UAT. Bugs used to come in scattered across email, chat, and calls, mostly without enough context to reproduce.

Shakebug puts all of that in one place with full device data and session context. Our QA cycle got faster, back and forth with clients dropped a lot, and developers can reproduce issues on the first try instead of the third. For an agency juggling multiple client apps, that time saving adds up quickly.
