What do you like best about Settly?

Their focus on the experience, how well they listen and the speed in which they implement changes to the product. When we started partnering with Settly their product was still catching up on some functionalities we liked to see. We knew their service was a great match, but it has amazed me how they approached defining our needs, finding the actual quesiton behind our questions, and translating that into product solutions. Their platform is now very easy to use, and integrates with our own systems. It makes tracking but most of all supporting our relocations so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Settly?

They are not globally operational, but were there for us in our most importants markets (EU). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Settly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Besides being at a lack for expertise, we were juggling sheets and vendors across different locations. This impacted the quality of our relocations and ended us having to spend a lot of time on escalations. We wanted one partner that allowed us to stay on top of our moves and that was both a business partner and easy to use. Settly helped save time, headaches and unhappy employees.
