What do you like best about SetMe?

- It has very good performance

- It's easy for my clients to get connected to

- It has as every feature that competing products lack at least one of or which doesn't work as well in those products

- It offers a standalone desktop application for managing unattended endpoints, instead of always having to launch through a browser.

- It's competitively priced with all the other products I've tried that aren't as good

- It's made by a Canadian company

What do you dislike about SetMe?

I wish there was a pricing tier in between Core and Solo that was cheaper but perhaps offered fewer unattended endpoints. I'm currently paying for Solo, which offers more unattended endpoints than I need but Core doesn't offer any unattended endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SetMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

A good remote support tool is a bare minimum necessity for IT support now, whether you're a one man operation or a large MSP. I'm old enough to remember when I had to go on-site for every call but tools like this mean that I can solve nearly anything that isn't hardware related, as long as the PC turns on and can get online. I've used at least half a dozen of these types of tools over the years and SetMe is the only one of them that hasn't required me to compromise on features I want to get the price I can afford. Just a small clarification regarding the plans: Core is designed specifically for unattended access and includes up to 10 unattended devices.
