What do you like best about Sestek Speech Analytics?

We would like to express our satisfaction with the increase in productivity in our customer service activities achieved through using your Sestek Speech Analytics product.

Sestek Speech Analytics has increased the efficiency of our call center employees in handling customer calls and has significantly improved customer satisfaction. The product has helped us to quickly and accurately identify customer requests by automatically analyzing call recordings. As a result, we were able to take the necessary actions quickly to provide our customers with better service.

In addition, the robust reporting features of Sestek Speech Analytics have allowed us to monitor and improve our customer experience. Analytical reports have enabled us to identify areas in which we need to provide more training and development, thereby improving the skills of our employees to a higher level.

What problems is Sestek Speech Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sestek Speech Analytics is solving several problems related to call center operations, which have had a positive impact on our business. Firstly, the product has significantly improved our quality scores by automatically analyzing call recordings to identify areas of improvement in customer service. This has allowed us to take corrective actions in a timely manner and improve our overall customer satisfaction. As a result, our quality scores have increased, which has improved our reputation among our customers and increased their loyalty to our brand.
